(S2P) Founder and Executive Chairman Dr. John Norris, JD, MBA, a former COO of the FDA, and CEO Dr. Haden Land are pleased to announce the appointment of Senior Executive Andre Arbelaez to its Advisory Board as a Member. And as a Member of S2P’s Advisory Board Strategic Planning Committee Chaired by CEO Dr. Haden Land.
Andre Arbelaez, often a CEO and an entrepreneur, is a business leader in technology and an advocate of executive leadership. He joined S2P's Advisory Board as Member, effective May 1, 2023. And he has been appointed to a three-year term.
Andre's substantive areas of expertise cover a broad spectrum of the needs of businesses in the private sector operating in the platform as a service (PaaS), computer science, risk management, and related industries—and beyond.
His passion is to “Push Up and Pull Up” executives to the C-Suite and place them onto Corporate Boards. He truly welcomes the opportunity to join an organization that helps in preparing nations, government agencies, companies, universities, and hospitals to prevent or mitigate deaths and other harms from the biological effects of infectious diseases and other workplace diseases caused by nature, human error, terrorist attacks, or acts of war.

Andre Arbelaez is a Global Technology Executive and a Leader in the Hispanic community nationally as the President and CEO of the Hispanic C-Suite Corporate Council (HC3). He is a frequently sought speaker on Technology, Diversity & Inclusion, and Smart Cities topics. He has spoken at events across America, from the White House to the United Nations Headquarters.
Professionally, Andre has had roles as the Principal Global Account Executive for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Vice President at Globant, Argentina’s most significant technology firm, and Softtek USA, Mexico’s largest private nearshore firm, where he served as their SVP and Chief Strategy Officer. He also has served in leadership roles in Global Business Development with T-Systems, a significant global IT services and consulting company, and Covisint LLC, the automotive global portal owned by General Motors, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, PSA, and Renault.
Andre also leads HC3, a non-profit organization, to increase the number of successful Hispanic executives in public and private companies by adding value to their development, leadership, and philanthropic endeavors, thereby strengthening their companies, organizations, and communities. HC3 is focused on the promotion, advocacy, connectivity, and development of the Hispanic Executive. In this way, Andre has cultivated a premier group of relationships with top executives, including CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of IT. And Diversity and Inclusion leaders from Fortune 1,000 global companies. And he was named by Latino Leaders Magazine as the “Technology Diversity Guru.”

Andre helped develop the Hispanic IT Executive Council during its inception in 2007 and, after that, became HITEC’s President in 2011 for seven and half years.
He serves as Oakland University’s (Rochester, Michigan) Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Information and Decision Sciences Department. He also serves on the Board of Directors of iWorker Innovations, a Michigan company driving equality and designing benefits tailored to America’s fast-growing independent workforce.
He was recently appointed to the Board of Advisors for the Latino Corporate Assessment (LCA), a division of Career Management Professionals (CMP), and formally on the Board of Advisors for the Miss America Organization in Dallas, Texas.
